Adam is a trama surgeon who has seen enough. He returns to Sunset Bay to find happiness again. Rosie survived cancer and moved to Sunset Bay to have a fresh start at life. She owns a bakery and Adam moves in to the house next door. Sparks fly with the help of a precocious pelican, and the two help each other overcome the pain of their pasts.
It's a sweet story typical of Debra Clopton. Her stories always seem realistic with the exception that Rosie is 25 and never kissed until Adam kisses her. But I guess there are those people out there. This one was smooth all the way through without much drama. Feel good happy ending per Drs orders. Enjoy!
